Lol
So that means you have never had 'that conversation' squattaz? And you are how old?

u dont get it... no way u can compare that scenario to a vow, unless someone specifically asks u to vow or take and oath and i have never heard of such a thing... thats crazy.

A promise is a vow....I don't put any more credence on it because it was said in front of a judge or wearing a tux.....
Yeah, maybe I was overly idealistic , but the conversation definitely occurred....

a vow is a SOLEMN promise... there is a difference

I can't believe I am the only female on this board who's had one of those 'verbal exclusivity agreements' outside of marriage...
I think for some time he actually abided by it....undecided tho one can never know

Monogamy certainly places limitations on LOVE ... in the broadest of terms.

Though LOVE is certainly multi dimensional and there is a broad base w/ a broad definition...
Monogamy may well limit our ability to LOVE and be LOVED more.

I have always preferred monogamy......yet I can now look at it somewhat differently.

Expressing LOVE via SEX w/ one other person ...is limiting.
