She already has very plump cheeks, so a little less blush might make her look even better. And yea, the American apple made no sense. But maybe the mango they carried spoil pon delivery  Grin. Mango season gone anyway. Not sure I liked that hat with the national costume though. Anyways, all the best Miss Jamaica. Try and tear it up.

Didnt like her initially, came across too lazy in photos. But shes actually an attractive girl, the type Id luv to see win MJW. The national costume couldve been a sexier, and the apple was wrong, it mightve been fresh, but she couldve found something more jamaican, or even used flowers, fake or fresh. ..I was reading Missisolgy write up on the early favorites in the earth thing, and Jamaica is listed as a "pleasant surprise." Hope theyll say the same about Baylis Smiley

Most of us black or mixed people have terrific cheekbones so we hardly need blush. Maybe someone is apply make-up to Miss Jamaica as though they think she really needs all the enhancement. Earth tones and not a shade above rose pink on her lips is all this lass needs. She needs to give Tyra or Christle Stewart a quick ring. I do love how she is doing though...finalist!

yepp, she could win, if shes knowledgeable about the earth & environmental issues. Shes in global top 5, and any one of the top 5 could win. Last year the gorgeous Tanzania had to settle for runner up, they might try to correct that this time round.

is Ms Jamaica Earth , Ramchandani's franchise ? Does anyone know ? if yes, then it is clear we are seeing a trend in how beauty is seen and appreciated among a discerning few in jamaican society. people should pay close attention when these things happen because what you will see happening is a winning trend among jamaican beauties who would otherwise get overlooked in other types of 'major' beauty pageants. this girl is  delightful !  Smiley

Excellent comment! Normally Jenaae would have been overlooked as a pageant contender. The most likelihood that some would have had for this girl is a career in modelling only. In fact when I first posted her pictures here there were comments made that she was more suited for modelling and not for pageants. I hope Jenaae's experience, whether she wins or not, will open the doors for other girls who are labelled as only good for modelling not to restrict themselves based on people's perception but to have their options open including that of a beauty pageant contender.
